CIV Detected at z=6.11 in GLASS Spectra

Published:

The HST grism spectra from the GLASS survey of a known lensed multiply imaged source at redshift 6.11 revelead clear detections of the rest-frame UV line CIV. In Schmidt et al. (2017) we argue that the GLASS data argue for a source with ionizing photons powered by star formation as opposed to AGN activity.
